What we do

What we do

We work on systemic, large scale-change, focusing on community attitudes, education, employment and housing, for positive impact.

The Achieve Foundation is a field-building intermediary, working in collaboration with the disability community and leadership to gather and develop evidence, test applications for change and scale across the Australian community.

Evidence

Work with academics and thought leaders to gather and develop evidence to direct our actions on the most impact and highest likelihood of success.

Test

Test with large organisations the application of an idea in the real world of a model for inclusion.

Scale

Scale the idea through strong partnerships and collaboration with government and sector leadership to grow impact across Australia.

  • Lady and a young man sitting at a table smiling to camera.

    Employment

Making meaningful employment accessible to all through employer partnerships.

  • Lady in a pink shirt sitting on a stool smiling to camera.

    Attitudes

Breaking down harmful attitudes towards people with disability.

  • Young girls with glasses with a dog playing on the floor with paints

    Education

Exploring inclusive education pathways for people with disability.

  • Woman and man in a kitchen looking into an open fridge

    Housing

Researching disability housing options and improvements.

“Inclusion is a basic human need. Remember the last time you were excluded from an experience you cared about? Remember how that felt? Nobody wants to be excluded. This work matters.”
