Implementation

We are bridging the gap between the desire to be inclusive and the practical know-how required to achieve it.

Move beyond compliance

Many organisations have Disability Inclusion Action Plans, yet they often fail to drive meaningful cultural change. The barrier is rarely a lack of goodwill; it is a lack of clarity on how to operationalise inclusion. We are building a solution that moves organisations beyond compliance checklists toward genuine, systemic transformation.

We are developing a tool which functions to identify where exclusion is embedded within the systems and processes of large organisations, and to create the conditions for lasting, structural change. We begin with a series of targeted engagements with organisations to build a rapid but nuanced picture of an organisation's inclusion landscape, culture-bearers, decision-making mechanisms, and the specific touchpoints where exclusionary assumptions are most likely to operate. Rather than asking organisations to self-diagnose, our guiding questions are designed to listen for the processes and mechanisms that exclude, surfacing gaps and risks that may not be visible to those inside the system. From these engagements, we learn how to sequence our approach with partnering organisations to embed reframing strategies at the precise moments where they are most needed.
